Memory Lane is a comprehensive counseling and memory enhancement program to assist seniors challenged by mental health issues and memory loss. This growing population is experiencing increased transitions in living and events affecting their quality of life. Our program focuses on the needs of these deserving members of our community to make a positive difference in their lives.

Our staff arranges all appointments and ensures continuity of care for each individual in the program which allows for easy and efficient scheduling, access and comfort for all services.
Whether you are a resident in a Senior Living Community, would like an in home visit or prefer an outpatient location, we work closely with your providers and management teams to allow an easy and efficient method for scheduling appointments for all services.

Iris A. Pfeffer is a licensed Independent Social Worker with additional areas of education as a Registered Nurse, while holding a doctorate in Human Service. With over 45 years of experience in Human Service, she has utilized her education and experience to develop an innovative program to meet the mental health challenges of senior adults.
Iris has been the directing force behind many senior programs including the Alzheimer’s Day Resource Center at Eisenhower Medical Center, Senior Services at Villa View Hospital and Older Adult Counseling Services.
An educator in the Graduate School of Social Work Studies in Aging at San Diego State University as well as the Commissioner of Health for Monroe County, Ohio, Ms. Pfeffer’s experience is vast and varied. Her programs are grounded in social work traditions of comprehensive and evidence-based practice.
